Our Discovery Phase service allows you to have peace-of-mind that the extensive project you are interested in undertaking will proceed within your budget and functional expectations. A senior architect and project manager meet with your team to outline the project in its entirety, even drawing out the fields to be captured on each screen.
A first round of requirements will be provided to you at the end of the Brainstorming Phase so you can review the list and discuss it internally. The document will be reviewed in house by other members of our staff to again ensure nothing was missed in the flow of the application.
Changes from both parties will be submitted and agreed upon to create a final Project Requirements Document (PRD) that will represent the entire scope of work for the project. From there, the PRD will be utilized by our staff as a comprehensive guideline to designing, developing and managing your project.
