US Tower Services approached CDKWeb with the need to better manage their daily operations of building and repairing cell towers throughout the US. As a result, we created a custom order management system that allows them to effortless enter all the necessary details to quote jobs and, once awarded, assign the necessary labor and equipment for each job. The software includes an interactive scheduling tool that allows US Tower Services to visually assign employees and resources to specific jobs to ensure no double booking. The system also tracks all the details of each job including: employee time, notes, job details, applicable expenses and equipment. Finally, once a job is complete, the system even interfaces with QuickBooks to allow for easy invoicing.
